Staying at the On DeMark Lodge is wonderful! Craig and Becky are perfect hosts who make sure you feel welcome and part of the family. The Lodge is intimate and uncrowded. The owners pay attention to every detail. Becky is an excellent cook. Craig's great at BBQ and is generous with a big selection of drinks. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Craig, and his son Warren, are good fishing guides. I would highly recommend checking out On DeMark Lodge. You won't regret it.
I stayed and was guided by On DeMark Lodge for the 2025 Dry Fly School. The experience was nothing less than fantastic! Craig and Warren didn't just put me on fish, they taught me skills that made me a better fly fisherman. The accommodations were very comfortable and the meals that Becky made were delicious! You really feel like a member of the family when you stay at On DeMark Lodge!
Absolutely fantastic! Craig, Becky and Warren don't cut corners on anything. Craig and Warren are enthusiastic and fun to spend a day in a boat with. Both work their tails off to put you on fish and easily adapt with the conditions. The lodge is small and you don't feel crowded, rather family style in a good way. The rooms are very comfortable with generously sized bathroom. Now to the food. Becky is an amazing and creative chef; each meal is unique and different. And no grocery store sandwiches at lunch that is typical of most guides, but something very tasty and refreshing. This was my first trip with the DeMarks, but won't be the last.
This was my second visit to On DeMark Lodge and once again, Craig and Becky treated me to a fabulous experience. One’s arrival is greeted with a great big hug from Becky. Her smile and warmth are legendary. Then Craig comes around and he provides a hug and a handshake. You have come back to spend time with Friends. The fishing was great - Craig is so patient. Ditto for his son, Warren who is a wonderful guide in his own right. And I have to mention the fabulous food that Becky provides. It is truly a gourmet experience. Folks - if you are reading at this point - it should be very clear. Craig and Becky are wonderful people who will bend over backward to provide you with a wonderful, memorable experience. Do not visit another website. Give them a call and book today.
Stayed here with my dad last week. We had a blast! We fished with Craig the first day and he is an excellent guide. He worked hard to help us have success (which we did, catching plenty of Rainbows and Browns). The lodge is very nice. The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the location is great! Becky does a great job running everything. Look forward to going back soon!
My son and I stayed with Craig and Becky Demark during the second week of July, 2025. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Becky treats her guests like family. Accommodations are very comfortable and her meals are delicious. Craig is a very talented guide and we had three days on the Missouri that were the best fly fishing that we have experienced. Many beautiful rainbows and browns in the 16” to 20” range. Craig is a very intelligent individual and in addition to his guiding talents is an interesting person to chat with. The trip exceeded my expectations.
On DeMark Lodge is absolutely the best fishing lodge out there! The Missouri River is beautiful and has amazing fish to catch. Our guide, Warren, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He’s funny, professional and just fun to be around. The lodge is fabulous. It’s comfortable and beautifully decorated. The new fly tying room is a great place to unwind and talk about the day. Becky is an incredible chef! All of the meals are delicious- although we ate too much because it was SO good! She is very talented and she and Craig always make us feel like family. We have been there in June and August…. Now we’re thinking we might try July. We wouldn’t miss this trip, it’s such a special place.
Our two day fishing trip started with a wonderful greeting from Becky DeMark upon our arrival, showing us around the lodge, and showing us our itinerary. Next morning our guide, Craig DeMark, got us into some gorgeous scenery and great trout waters with great action. Craig kept us well supplied with gear and flies, and the inevitable tangle cleared. Great fishing and wonderful gourmet food and drink at the lodge. What a way to relax. I’m already looking at calendar dates for next summer! Thank you Becky and Craig!
